The Babri Masjid (ISO: Babari Masjida; meaning Mosque of Babur) was a mosque located in Ayodhya, in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. Many Hindus believe that the location where it stood is the site of Ram Janmabhoomi, the mythical birthplace
