Bumin Qaghan (, died 552 AD) was the founder of the First Turkic Khaganate. His regnal title was Illig Qaghan (, Wade-Giles: i-li k'o-han). He was the eldest son of Ashina Tuwu (?? / ??). He was the chieftain of the Turks under the sovereignty of the Rouran Khaganate. He is also mentioned as Tumen (, , commander of ten thousand) of the Rouran Khaganate.
