Calycophorae is a suborder of Siphonophores alongside two other suborders Physonectae and Cystonectae. This suborder includes the giant siphonophore (Praya dubia), one of the longest lengthwise extant creatures (40-50m). While the Physonectae have a pneumatophore (a float), nectophore (or
