Lashings are most commonly applied to timber poles, and are commonly associated with cargo, containerization, the <a href="page.php?w=Scouting">Scouting</a> movement, <a href="page.php?w=sailor">sailor</a>s, and <a href="page.php?w=gardener">gardener</a>s.</p>
