<p>He was born in 1591, and was residing in London, in Bush Lane, near <a href="page.php?w=London_Stone">London Stone</a>, in 1618, when he dedicated his first short work, The Pens Excellencie, or the Secretarys Delight, to <a href="page.php?w=Charles_I_of_England">Prince Charles</a>.
