Nakuru County is one of the 47 counties of Kenya. The county is host to Kenya's fifth urban area that was assigned the status of "city", Nakuru City (which also serves as the county capital) by President Uhuru Kenyatta, ranking it alongside the other Kenyan cities of Nairobi,
