<p>Sometimes the word is also used to mean signals that are <a href="page.php?w=random">random</a> (<a href="page.php?w=Predictability">unpredictable</a>) and carry no useful <a href="page.php?w=information">information</a>; even if they are not interfering with other signals</p><p>
