<p>A <b>-factor</b> (also called <b> value</b>) is a dimensionless quantity that characterizes the <a href="page.php?w=magnetic_moment">magnetic moment</a> and angular momentum of a whole atom, a particle, or a <a href="page.php?w=atomic_nucleus">nucleus</a>.
