but he died in London. He was buried at St Giles in the Fields. A monument to him designed by Inigo Jones marked his tomb, and stands today inside the church. Jones was a friend of Chapman and had collaborated with him on projects such as The Memorable Masque of the Middle Temple and Lincoln's Inn.
