HN1, HN2, HN3 are therefore classified as <a href="page.php?w=List_of_Schedule_1_substances_%28CWC%29">Schedule 1 substances</a> within the <a href="page.php?w=Chemical_Weapons_Convention">Chemical Weapons Convention</a>. Production and use is therefore strongly restricted.</p>
