Her true pedigree is unknown, although it is generally accepted that she was part husky or other Nordic breed, and possibly part <a href="page.php?w=terrier">terrier</a>. NASA refers to Laika as a "part-<a href="page.php?w=Samoyed_%28dog%29">Samoyed</a></p><p>
