<p>The 620/f shipped in November 1970. By using <a href="page.php?w=7400_Series">7400 Series</a> integrated circuits, including the <a href="page.php?w=74181">74181</a> <a href="page.php?w=arithmetic-logic_unit">arithmetic-logic unit</a>, the 620/f achieved a faster machine cycle time of 750 nanoseconds.</p>
