The vas deferens loops over the ureter in <a href="page.php?w=placental_mammal">placental mammal</a>s, but not in <a href="page.php?w=Marsupial">marsupial mammals</a>.</p>

<p>In cartilaginous fishes, the part of the archinephric duct closest to the testis is coiled up to form an <a href="page.php?w=epididymis">epididymis</a>.</p><p>
