<p><big>Hesiod's Five Ages</big></p>
<p>The <a href="page.php?w=Greeks">Greek</a> poet <a href="page.php?w=Hesiod">Hesiod</a> (between 750 and 650 BC) outlined his Five Ages in his poem <a href="page.php?w=Works_and_Days">Works and Days</a> (lines 109-201). His list is:<br/>
