<p>classes, who are sets of real world objects. Class expressions or definitions gives the properties that the individuals must fulfill to be members of the class. Individuals that fulfill the property are called <b><i>instances</i></b> (as in the <a href="page.php?w=Instance_%28computer_science%29">computing concept</a>).</p>
