In 2022, Uganda's first wildlife veterinarian, Dr. Gladys Kalema-Zikusoka and Founder and CEO of Conservation Through Public Health and Gorilla Conservation Coffee received this year's Edinburgh Medal award for her community-led wildlife conservation work, improving the quality of life of people and wildlife
