Of the two sub-families in the <a href="page.php?w=Flatidae">Flatidae</a>, the bodies of adult Flatinae are flattened laterally and the tegmina are tent-like (unlike the <a href="page.php?w=Flatoidinae">Flatoidinae</a>, where the body is not laterally compressed and the tegmina are not as tent-like).</p>
