Members of a guild within a given ecosystem could be competing for resources, such as space or light, while cooperating in resisting wind stresses, attracting pollinators, or detecting predators, such as happens among savannah-dwelling <a href="page.php?w=antelope">antelope</a> and <a href="page.php?w=zebra">zebra</a>.</p>
