Ministry of Church Affairs and Education. She served as a deputy representative to the Norwegian Parliament from Sør-Trøndelag during the terms 1977–1981 and 1981–1985. From 1979 to 1981 she met as a regular representative, replacing Knut Frydenlund who was appointed to the first cabinet Brundtland.
