They are also found in high latitudes and temperate shores where the erosion of <a href="page.php?w=Quaternary">Quaternary</a> <a href="page.php?w=glacial">glacial</a> deposits provide gravel-size rock fragments. This term is most widely used in <a href="page.php?w=Great_Britain">Great Britain</a>.</p><p>
