European bumblebees have also been introduced to New Zealand and <a href="page.php?w=Tasmania">Tasmania</a>. Female bumblebees can sting repeatedly, but generally ignore humans and other animals.</p>

<p>Most bumblebees are <a href="page.php?w=eusociality">eusocial</a> insects that form <a href="page.php?w=colony_%28biology%29">colonies</a> with a single queen.</p><p>
