<p><a href="page.php?w=Joseph_E_McGrath">Joseph E McGrath</a> modified the circumplex model of emotions to include group dynamics, based on the work of Shaw, Carter, Hackman, Steiner, Shiflett, Taylor, Lorge, Davis, Laughlin, and others. McGrath used this model as a research tool to evaluate group task performance.</p>
