Lepidoptera differ from the Trichoptera in several features, including wing venation, form of the scales on the wings, loss of the <a href="page.php?w=cercus">cerci</a>, loss of an <a href="page.php?w=ocellus">ocellus</a>, and changes to the legs.</p>
