<p>The Beagle Channel is about 240 km long and 5 km wide at its narrowest point. It extends from <a href="page.php?w=Isla_Nueva">Nueva Island</a> in the east to <a href="page.php?w=Darwin_Sound">Darwin Sound</a> and <a href="page.php?w=Bah%C3%ADa_Cook">Cook Bay</a> in the Pacific Ocean in the west.
