<p>Raeburn's second wife was the singer Ginny Powell, for whom he wrote "Rip Van Winkle". The couple married in 1946, and had two children. As well as singing with her husband's group, Powell also sang with <a href="page.php?w=Harry_James">Harry James</a></p><p>
