<p>The trophoblast cells form <a href="page.php?w=tight_junction">tight junction</a>s between them making the structure leakproof. Trophoblast cells have <a href="page.php?w=sodium_pump">sodium pump</a>s on their membranes, and pump sodium into the centre of the morula. This draws fluid in through osmosis</p><p>
