Applications

Microparticles are used in industrial, analytical, biomedical and pharmaceutical applications. Commercial microparticles are produced from materials including polymers, glass, ceramics and metals, and may be selected for properties such as size distribution, density, surface chemistry, optical behaviour and mechanical strength.
