Mouse Systems was developing an <a href="page.php?w=optical_mouse">optical mouse</a> and they wanted to bundle a painting program so they agreed to publish Mouse Draw. The original program was written entirely in <a href="page.php?w=assembly_language">assembly language</a> with primitive graphics routines developed by Wolfgram.</p>
