<p>Gender attribution is the process by which an observer decides which gender they believe another person to be. In most interactions, one cannot observe others' physical gender characteristics, such as their genitals, and instead use other <a href="page.php?w=phenotypical">phenotypical</a> cues to discern another's gender, such as body shape, clothing, and voice.
