<p>The basic idea of <a href="page.php?w=explanation-based_learning">explanation-based learning</a> suggests that a new concept is acquired by experiencing examples of it and forming a basic outline. Put simply, by observing or receiving the qualities of a thing the mind forms a concept which possesses and is identified by those qualities.</p>
