<p>A small number of ThinkPads, such as the C14, are preinstalled with Google's <a href="page.php?w=ChromeOS">ChromeOS</a>, and are essentially ThinkPad-branded Chromebooks. On these devices, ChromeOS is the only officially supported operating system where installation of Windows and other operating systems requires putting the device into developer mode, as is the case with other Chromebooks.</p>
