<p><big>Superprecociality</big></p>
<p>Extremely precocial species are called "superprecocial". Examples are the <a href="page.php?w=megapode">megapode</a> birds, which have full-flight feathers at hatching and which, in some species, can fly on the same day. <a href="page.php?w=Enantiornithes">Enantiornithes</a> and <a href="page.php?w=pterosaurs">pterosaurs</a> were also capable of flight soon after hatching.</p>
