The TAS1R1+3 taste receptor is sensitive to the <a href="page.php?w=glutamate">glutamate</a> in MSG as well as the synergistic taste-enhancer molecules <a href="page.php?w=inosine_monophosphate">inosine monophosphate</a></p><p>
