<p>In May 2000, Trinity Health was formed through a merger between Holy Cross Health System in <a href="page.php?w=South_Bend%2C_Indiana">South Bend, Indiana</a>, and Mercy Health Services in <a href="page.php?w=Farmington_Hills%2C_Michigan">Farmington Hills, Michigan</a>.
