early-mid 1980's forward Glenn Ferguson played for Fisher Body as a teenager. He caught the eye of scouts, and would sign for Ards F.C. in 1987. Ferguson would go on to play for Glenavon and Linfield, as well as earning five senior caps for the Northern Ireland national team.
