Wendy Kei is the chair of the board of directors. She was appointed as chairman on 27 June 2019.

Nicolle Butcher is the president and chief executive officer of OPG. She was appointed to this position on 19 December 2024, when the previous president and CEO, Ken Hartwick, resigned.
