In April 1995, the <a href="page.php?w=French_Institute_for_Research_in_Computer_Science_and_Automation">French Institute for Research in Computer Science and Automation</a> became the European host of W3C, with <a href="page.php?w=Keio_University">Keio University</a> Research Institute at <a href="page.php?w=Keio_University_Shonan_Fujisawa_Campus">SFC</a></p><p>
