<p>Lekking was originally described in the <a href="page.php?w=Tetraonidae">Tetraonidae</a> (grouse, boldface in <a href="page.php?w=cladogram">cladogram</a>), in particular the <a href="page.php?w=black_grouse">black grouse</a> (Swedish: "orrlek") and <a href="page.php?w=capercaillie">capercaillie</a> (Swedish: "tjäderlek"), but it is widely distributed phylogenetically</p><p>
