<p>Teletext inspired the later <a href="page.php?w=Videotex">Videotex</a> system that enabled bi-directional communication in a format later recognised as a prototype of the <a href="page.php?w=World_Wide_Web">World Wide Web</a> (WWW). Implementations included the French <a href="page.php?w=Minitel">Minitel</a> and the British <a href="page.php?w=Prestel">Prestel</a>.</p><p>
