<p>AVI is a subformat of the <a href="page.php?w=RIFF_%28File_format%29">Resource Interchange File Format</a> (RIFF), which divides a file's data into blocks, or "chunks". Each chunk is identified by a <a href="page.php?w=FourCC">FourCC</a></p><p>
