Several bridges cross the Coventry Canal in Fradley, including Bell Bridge which carries the A38.

Sheasby Park, a large development in the south of the village, is under development and will introduce 624 new houses to the village. Additionally further housing development is in progress to the north of the canal.

Fradley is served by Diamond bus services 12 and 12E connecting to Lichfield and Burton. These were previously operated by Midland Classic
