Majapahit  is also referred to by the Sanskrit-derived synonym  . Toponyms containing the word <i>maja</i> are common in the area in and around <a href="page.php?w=Trowulan">Trowulan</a> (e.g. <a href="page.php?w=Mojokerto">Mojokerto</a>), as it is a widespread practice</p><p>
