<p>As an example, when <a href="page.php?w=Google">Google</a>'s <a href="page.php?w=Gmail">Gmail</a> service increased its arbitrary limit to 25MB it warned that: "you may not be able to send larger attachments to contacts who use other email services with smaller attachment limits". </p>
