The <a href="page.php?w=Employment_Appeal_Tribunal">Employment Appeal Tribunal</a> ruled that it was not reasonable to expect an insolvent employer to continue trading for 90 days in order to accommodate this legal requirement and in these particular circumstances ruled that 60 days was sufficient.</p>
