<p> (Media Transcoding Server) is a Java (<a href="page.php?w=J2EE">J2EE</a>) application providing transcoding services for variety of clients and for different media types (image, audio, video, etc.). It is fully compliant with <a href="page.php?w=Open_Mobile_Alliance">OMA</a>'s  specification and is distributed under the LGPL open source license.</p>
