<p><big>Equitable estates</big></p>
<p>Superimposed on the legal estate and interests in land, English courts created "<a href="page.php?w=equitable_interest">equitable interest</a>s" over the same legal interests. These obligations are called <a href="page.php?w=Trust_law">trust</a>s which will be enforceable in a <a href="page.php?w=court">court</a>.
