Early life and education

Timothée Hal Chalamet was born on December 27, 1995, and grew up in the New York City neighborhood of Hell's Kitchen. He and his parents lived in a rental apartment in Manhattan Plaza, a federally subsidized building reserved for artists under the Mitchell-Lama program.
