He described how the special conditions of space could be useful for scientific experiments. The book described <a href="page.php?w=geostationary">geostationary</a> satellites (first put forward by <a href="page.php?w=Konstantin_Tsiolkovsky">Konstantin Tsiolkovsky</a>)</p><p>
