He later worked with <a href="page.php?w=Andries_van_Dam">Andries van Dam</a> to develop the <a href="page.php?w=Hypertext_Editing_System">Hypertext Editing System</a> (text editing) in 1967 at <a href="page.php?w=Brown_University">Brown University</a>. It was implemented using the terminal <a href="page.php?w=IBM_2250">IBM 2250</a> with a <a href="page.php?w=light_pen">light pen</a></p><p>
