It was produced by the Dutch draughtsman <a href="page.php?w=Jan_Kip">Jan Kip</a> in collaboration with <a href="page.php?w=Leonard_Knijff">Leonard Knijff</a>, and printed in London for publishers including David Mortier, Daniel Midwinter, Henry Overton, and Joseph Smith.</p>
